SchoolHolidays.deals is run by Hallan Labs Ltd. Using the site means accepting what’s below. It is short because the site does two things.
Term dates
We read term dates from local authority websites and from schools’ own published pages, and every date on the site links to the source it came from. Where we don’t have a school’s dates we say so and show the pattern most of England follows instead, labelled as an estimate.
Check with your school before you book. Schools change their dates, publish them late, add inset days, and occasionally publish them wrongly. We can only be as right as the page we read, and we can’t be responsible for a holiday booked on dates that turn out to be wrong.
Alerts
A price alert is free. We’ll email you twice a week about the holiday you chose, and more often on a paid plan when prices move. Every email has a link to stop them. We may change what the email contains, how often it arrives, or stop sending it altogether.
Plus, Premium, and the founding offer
Our pricing page describes two paid tiers. Plus is on sale. The founding offer is your first year of Plus at the founding price, paid through Stripe; your account is on Plus from the moment the payment completes. After your first year, Plus renews at the normal price shown on the pricing page; we will email you before it does, and you can cancel at any time. Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including the 14-day cancellation period, apply in addition to all of this.
Premium is not yet available. Anyone who paid the founding price before 6 September 2026 bought it as the first year of Premium, and that is what they get: Plus now, and Premium for the rest of that year when it launches. If Premium has not launched within twelve months of such a payment, we will refund it without being asked. Any founding payment is refundable in full, for any reason, within 14 days: email hello@schoolholidays.deals and we will refund the card you paid with.
The site itself
It’s provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, and we can’t promise either. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, and nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
